Villa Brunnby is an exclusive hotel and restaurant facility that offers an experience beyond the ordinary. With 39 elegant hotel rooms, and soon an additional 16 suites, we are located in the heart of Kullahalvön's scenic surroundings, surrounded by vineyards and spectacular views. We are part of Countryside Hotels and value the highest quality and guest satisfaction. By midsummer, we will also open our sister hotel, Nackarpsdalen Gästgiveri, at the foot of Söderåsen National Park.

About the role

As a waitress, you are an important part of our service team and are responsible for ensuring that guests have an experience filled with warmth and professionalism. You ensure that the service runs smoothly, welcome guests with a smile, and create an inviting atmosphere. Collaboration is key in our work, and you will have close contact with both the kitchen and your colleagues on the floor to ensure a high-quality food and beverage experience.

Your main responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests through their dining experience with professional and personal service
• Sell and serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure fast and smooth service
• Manage table reservations and payments
• Create a pleasant environment by being attentive and responsive to guests

Who are you?

• You have a genuine interest in service and enjoy working in a social environment
• Experience in serving or working in a restaurant is an advantage
• You have a positive attitude, are stress-resistant, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are flexible, have good teamwork skills, and contribute to a great atmosphere in the team
